An Afternoon Workshop with Susan Wilson

Being in a yoga class is one of the most enjoyable ways to practice asana – we don't have to think, we are guided and encouraged by the teacher to discover, taste and experience the depths of yoga. But what about the rest of the time? Most of us have good intentions about practicing at home, but often it just doesn't seem to happen as easily or as regularly as we'd like.
If you are currently practicing at home but are feeling rushed and unsatisfied, or feel you could really benefit from a more consistent and focused practice but can't seem to get going - this workshop will show you how to put together workable practice sequences that fit with your time schedule and more importantly, keep you interested as well as offering the right amount of challenge to meet your individual needs. If you have a regular practice but it's gotten a little too automatic, this workshop is a great way to get some fresh input.
Refresh your home practice, as you align and strengthen, create a truly productive and enjoyable time where you can explore the depths of your inner being.
